Prosper Haven Housing offers premium independent living tailored to meet the diverse needs of our residents. Designed with comfort, security, and community in mind, our housing provides:

Kitchen and on-site Laundry Access 

24/7 Security Camera Monitoring 

Basic case management 

Resources for Participants to access computers, phones, and tablets for job searching, education, and staying connected! 

Staff support for wellness checks and resident needs 

Recreational and enrichment programs 

Access to community resources and career/education support. 

All participants must pay an initial program fee of $300 in addition to monthly rate that will be determine after intake form is completed and resident house selected.

Price per month is a sliding fee based on property location and income. 

In addition to utilities, each member's price includes:

• a fully furnished room complete with a bed, dresser, and nightstand or personal storage container. 

• New bedding, pillows, towels, and washcloths 

•  Prosper Welcome Kit. 

Waiver can be made for extenuating circumstances please reach out to us for assistance to see how we can best assist. 

1. Must be mentally and physically independent to care for oneself.

2. Must be comfortable living in a shared living community (shared kitchen, living room, kitchen, bathroom, and room (based on plan chosen)

3. Must have guaranteed verifiable income. We accept SSI, SSDI, retirement income, or veteran's benefits.
